Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed. Orders are typically handled within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location.

We’re pleased to offer free delivery on all orders within Canada — no minimum spend required.

Possible Delays

If your order hasn’t arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, don’t worry. Please allow up to 2 extra business days for potential carrier delays.
If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, kindly reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue promptly.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@northwardrobe.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has entered the processing stage, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it.
