We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the case promptly and offer an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be sent to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the returned item once it has been inspected and approved, excluding the return shipping cost.
